Hilary Schein is an attorney in the Miami office of Lawson Huck Gonzalez, where she represents a diverse range of corporate and individual clients in both state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, and she brings substantial experience in civil matters involving business and shareholder disputes, aviation law, contract litigation, and construction and condominium-related disputes.

Prior to joining Lawson, Hilary was a Senior Associate at an Am Law 100 firm, where she was a member of the trial practice group. Earlier in her career, Hilary practiced at two boutique litigation firms in Miami, gaining comprehensive experience in both civil litigation and transactional work, managing matters from inception through resolution.

Hilary earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. During law school, she served as a Senior Editor of the Georgetown Environmental Law Review and participated in the Georgetown Street Law Program. She received her undergraduate degree from Barnard College of Columbia University. Hilary is also a Miami native and an alumna of Ransom Everglades School.
