Vivekka Suppiah is an Associate at Lawson Huck Gonzalez, PLLC. She graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 2024, where she was President of the Student Bar Association and a member of FSU Law’s Trial Team and Moot Court Team. As a law student, Vivekka won the ‘Best Oralist’ distinction three times at various statewide and national moot court competitions. She has also argued twice before the Supreme Court of Florida and earned a Book Award for Moot Court Competition in Fall 2023.
During the 2023 legislative session, Vivekka served as a Policy Analyst in the Education & Employment Committee at the Florida House of Representatives. There, she worked alongside committee staff and representatives on bill analyses, amendment drafting, and legislative research. As a 3L, Vivekka joined the newly created Florida Supreme Court Fellows program under Justice Renatha Francis and worked with staff attorneys on pressing legal questions from across the state.
