Caroline May Poor is an associate reporting to the Tallahassee office of Lawson, Huck, Gonzalez. Caroline’s practice focuses on business litigation and appeals. She has represented businesses and individuals in a range of complex commercial litigation matters including contract actions, claims of fraud, insurance defense, and challenges to agency actions. 

Prior to joining the Lawson firm, Caroline was a litigation associate at an AM50 law firm and clerked for the Honorable Allen C. Winsor of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. 

During law school, Caroline served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mark E. Walker of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida and volunteered at The Veterans Legal Clinic.  She also served as Executive Editor of the Florida State University Law Review and a Staff Editor for the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law. 

Before her legal career, Caroline was a national political reporter for The Daily Caller and Breitbart News in Washington, D.C.
