Carlos Haag is an associate in Lawson Huck Gonzalez’s Miami office, where he represents clients in complex commercial and civil litigations in state courts, federal courts, and arbitration.  Carlos has experience in all phases of litigation both prosecuting and defending against claims for his clients, from inception through trial.  His practice focuses on commercial matters involving fraud, breach-of-contract, and mergers-and-acquisitions (M&A) disputes.

Before joining Lawson Huck Gonzalez, Carlos was an associate at an AMLaw 25 firm in Miami, where he regularly handled high-stakes commercial matters.  And, before that, Carlos served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Paul C. Huck at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
