In addition to litigation, Angela regularly advises clients on complex commercial arrangements and dispute‑avoidance strategies, including the negotiation and structuring of commercial contracts, media and intellectual property licensing agreements, sponsorship and endorsement agreements, operational and vendor contracts, commercial leases, and other strategic business relationships.
