Alexander Fumagali (“Alex”) is a Shareholder at Lawson Huck Gonzalez’s Orlando and Miami offices. Alex focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation, product liability, administrative law, jury trials, and binding arbitrations. Additionally, he serves as outside counsel for professional sports franchises and entertainment venues.
Alex has extensive experience litigating civil matters in state and federal court, and has tried multiple cases as lead counsel. Prior to joining Lawson Huck Gonzalez, he worked as a Partner at national and AmLaw 100 firms practicing civil defense litigation. He has successfully compelled arbitration in several matters by enforcing clauses within digital tickets used by patrons to attend sporting events and concerts.
Aside from his legal practice, Alex serves on the Alumni Board of Directors for the Florida State University College of Law, and has been elected as the board’s President for the 2026-2027 term. He is a proud first-generation Cuban-American and was raised within a close-knit Cuban community in Miami.
