Aaron Holman is a litigation attorney focused on resolving complex commercial and construction disputes. He represents project owners, general contractors, developers, and homebuilders in high-stakes matters involving contract disputes, delay and impact claims, and construction defect litigation. Aaron’s experience spans a wide range of projects, including multifamily and single-family developments, industrial facilities, professional sports venues, stormwater infrastructure, and roadway construction.

In addition to his construction practice, Aaron handles sophisticated commercial litigation, including business disputes, antitrust matters, and real property conflicts. He has represented corporate clients in multidistrict litigation in federal courts across the country.

Before entering the legal profession, Aaron taught high school math in the Arkansas Delta.
